Two of them were junior members and one of them, Hans Pfadt, was a new face for us. Two meetings in a row with a new face. Will your new face be number three for us? We hope so. I was the only one who had done any fox trapping, but the two juniors had caught a few ’coons and ’possums, plus they had taken several deer so far. They are well on their way. We discussed how the trapping season was going for us so far and what we expected it to become. The meeting was a little shorter than usual. We hope to have a few fur price quotes for next month. District 8 meets the fourth Tuesday during trapping season at 7 p.m. at the home of Robert Calloway. His address is 14313 Cherry Lane and is located near Tuckahoe State Park, between Centreville, Md and Ridgely, Md. Call Bob at 410-634-2501 for further directions. District 8 encourages visitors. I can be reached at 410-634-2552, or at rogerringgold@yahoo.com. — Roger Ringgold |
